Privacy Policy — DRAFT

DRAFT — the shop's own wording, which may still change before bookings open. This is a first draft written to be corrected, not a policy in force. It is written to be GDPR- and CCPA-aware, which is not the same as compliant. Phase 7 of the build replaces this file with the full draft set.

What we collect, and why

Analytics, when enabled, records these events and nothing else: simulator session, tune run, share click, game click, game purchase, tuning waitlist signup, blog read, contact submit. We use [FILL IN — PostHog or Plausible]. We do not use advertising trackers.

What we do not do

We do not sell personal data. We do not send marketing email to anyone who has not asked for it: the waitlist welcome is the only marketing email in the system and it carries a one-click unsubscribe and our postal address.

Who else sees it

Stripe (payments), [FILL IN — Resend] (transactional email), [FILL IN — hosting provider] (the servers), and [FILL IN — analytics provider], each under their own terms. No one else, except where the law requires.

Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have the right to see, correct, export or delete what we hold about you, to object to processing, and to complain to a supervisory authority. Write to us through the contact form at /contact; we answer within 30 days. California residents: we do not sell or share personal information as the CCPA defines those terms.

Cookies

The site sets no cookies of its own. Stripe Checkout and the analytics provider, if enabled, set theirs; the analytics provider's are first-party and used only for the events above.

Changes

The date at the top moves when this changes. Material changes are announced on the site.
